My dear friend, Karen Merritt, who is on the board of like, everything, called to see if I might bring my camera to Cordele’s Perlis Park for the 1st Annual Downtown Spooktacular. She promised cute kids, entertainment, and free candy. Then she mentioned there would be puppies.
Let’s see…. helping a friend, taking photos at a community function, AND puppies!? I was SO there!
